In this screen you can add, edit and deactivate parts.
Search for an existing parts.
Creates a new part that can be used for jobs, part sales, and purchases.
Enter a code to distinguish the part from other items.
Enter a name for the new part.
Barcodes are automatically generated from the item code, but can be manually changed. Barcode needs to be unique, not only for parts but for consumables, services and kits as well.
Enter the shelf/bin location where the part will be placed.
Set the minimum stock required for the item. A purchase order will be automatically created when the stock count goes below the minimum number with the max stock quantity.
Set the maximum stock required for the item. A purchase order will be automatically created when the stock count goes below the minimum number with the max stock quantity.
Enter the cost of buying the item from the supplier.
Enter the recommended selling price of the item. The price level would automatically calculate based on the selling price and the markdown percentage.
Number of the Part currently In Stock, calculated off Purchases, Sales and Inventory Adjustments of the Part.
Total Value of Stock based on the InStock Quantity.
These are prices calculated based off your selling price and the markdown %.
Enter a short description of the part.
Removes the part from use when selected.
